In some cases, we collect your information. We don't harm your data, modify, or use it for sharing it to others or third-party, nor we use any other tools that may use third-party services. However, we only use a third-party service to measure the traffic on our website and we don't intend to steal or use your personal data from the service. Our policy is subject to change anytime and you also agree to this change while you are using our services.
Our goal is not only to provide a platform for showing-your-talent and provide wide range of tools, but also to create a platform where the pictures of animals, humans, and personfication are not involved. We are further improving our services by taking further security measures and enhancements.

General

Rules that apply generally

1. No spamming
2. No abusive language usage
3. It is strictly prohibited to sell Ginastic's products e.g. design assets anywhere.
4. We would be glad if you like to promote our products, but acknowledgement is neccessary.
5. Copying our ideas or code is not allowed.

Accounts

On Ginastic Accounts, we have some conditions which may result in account suspension or even deletion in severe cases.

• If username or user description is anonymous, includes bad words, abusive, or contains special characters symbolizing bad words may lead to account deletion.
• One account per user is preferable.
• Your name will be displayed with your products or collaborations, for example blog posts, apps, etc.
• Presently, your account details can't be changed, so choose wisely.

Blogs

Ginastic accepts only specefic types of blogs, on any topic, but under certain criterias stated below:

• Blog must be factual.
• Bad words/language/topics usage is prohibited.
• Blog must be in formal language.
• Citing sources is encouraged.
• Blogs related to any governmental issues are strongly discouraged.
• Blog must not be based on opinions.
• Pictures in the blogs must not contain pictures of animals, humans, and personfication.
• Spam posts may lead to blog deletion.

Note that the form can be submitted once in a session, so if posting two blogs together, you must re-access the form by your profile, otherwise your second post will not posted.

Apps

As for uploading your application on Ginastic, you must know the following details:

• Currently, your application can only be a single HTML file with embedded CSS and other programming languages.
• Your Ginastic account's email is used here to bring your app's data, not the email you entered for contact in the App Launcher.
• Your app must not be harmful to us or users, or your app may be removed from Ginastic.
• Your application logo should be square, or otherwise your logo will be deformed when displayed in the Ginastic Application Store.
• General terms(1, 2, 5) must be applied for Apps too.

Feedback

The main purpose of the feedback form is to get advice and review on the website's performance, features, etc. It is ok if the form is being used for advertising products which can help Ginastic. However, the advertisement will not be shown publicly and also feedbacks will be shown after approval and verification.
